Refund Policy

Royal Ambience is certain of the amount care that goes into each product and backs it up with a (2-year - if any ) warranty against any manufacturing defects. Since, each product is hand crafted especially for our clients, we are unable to accept any refund requests. However, in exceptional circumstances we would try our best to accommodate you. We try to get your order to you at the earliest. In order to be able to do so, we need to process each order at the earliest, hence delayed cancellations can be hard to accept. Cancellations can be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. You can contact us at contact@coyalamb.com for any queries.

Any product is eligible for free replacement/refund within 4 days of delivery, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you. Please keep the product in its original packaging for successful return pick-up. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect prior to issuing refund/replacement.
